From hosting venison processing workshops to volunteering for hiking adventures and shooting experiences, I create a welcoming space where women can embrace new experiences without judgment. Join me on this journey to discover the thrill of outdoor adventure with confidence and camaraderie.
My Story
As a young girl, I discovered my passion for the great outdoors through hunting with my Dad. What began as a normal father-son tradition, became a father daughter duo. I started tagging along with my dad during his hunting trips when I was young and then he took me to my first hunter's education class to become certified. This soon blossomed into a lifelong love affair with handling firearms, being in nature, and the thrill of the hunt. With each hunting season, I found myself craving more than just the pursuit of game; I yearned to share this passion with others, especially fellow women who may have felt intimidated or excluded from the traditionally male-dominated world of hunting.
My journey from eager young hunter to empowered guide and mentor didn't happen overnight. It was a gradual evolution, shaped by countless experiences, challenges, and triumphs in the field. Along the way, I encountered my fair share of setbacks and doubts—moments when I questioned whether I had what it took to succeed in a world where women were often seen as outsiders. But with each obstacle I faced, I emerged stronger and more determined than ever to prove that women belonged in the hunting community just as much as men.
It is my steadfast belief in the Lord, and that His grace is truly present when His people are gathered together that drives me to bring groups of women into His creation. My role of a mentor and guide for women seeking to explore the world of hunting is truly a calling. Armed with the knowledge and experience gained from years of honing my skills in the field, I have set out to create a space where women could feel welcome, supported, and empowered to pursue their outdoor passions without fear or hesitation.
Through my blog, 'She Aims. She Hunts. She Leads.', I aim to share not only practical tips and advice for hunting success but also the invaluable lessons I've learned along the way about courage, resilience, and the importance of believing in your God-given talents. Whether you're a seasoned hunter or a complete novice, my hope is that you'll find inspiration and encouragement in my story—and that together, we can continue to blaze new trails, break down barriers, and redefine what it means to be a hunter in today's world.
Join me on this journey of empowerment and discovery. Let's aim high, hunt boldly, and lead with confidence—because when women support each other, incredible things happen.
